Since founding Raena Lynn & Associates in 1999, I have dedicated my career to delivering exceptional real estate appraisal services. What began as a one-person operation has grown into a business working with highly skilled licensed and certified appraisers.
My journey in real estate has been both diverse and rewarding. In one of my first roles in real estate, I served as an assistant to the project manager for a commercial development by Gerald D. Hines. The experience provided me insights into the realms of development and management.
Subsequently, employed as an assistant property manager managing multi-family apartment complexes. Preparing monthly projections on net and operating income statements gave me insight in analytical skills and accuracy. I have had the privilege of training and mentoring many appraisers. Seeing many of them flourish and lead their own successful practices has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my career. I am looking forward to working with the NextGen appraisers. All these experiences have uniquely enriched Raena Lynn & Associates, allowing us to deliver unparalleled service with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape.
