Since founding Raena Lynn & Associates in 1999, Raena has dedicated her career to delivering exceptional real estate appraisal services across the San Francisco Bay Area. What began as a one-person operation has grown into a business working with a team of highly skilled licensed and certified appraisers.

Raena’s journey in real estate has been both diverse and rewarding. Early in her career she served as an assistant to the project manager for a commercial development by Gerald D. Hines, gaining deep insight into the realms of development and management. She later managed multi-family apartment complexes, building the analytical skills and precision that define her appraisal work today.

Over her career, Raena has had the privilege of training and mentoring many appraisers — seeing them flourish and lead their own successful practices has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of her work. She is passionate about supporting the NextGen of appraisers entering the profession.
